We requested estimates from several contractors to repair the clay tile roof of our 44 year-old, nine-unit, two-story townhouse property. Complete Roofing was selected because they provided the most competitive estimate. We worked directly with Leon who was quick to respond to any questions, provided a certificate of insurance and obtained the building permit before repairs began. We scheduled repair the day after we completed fumigation. Leon and crew completed the work within 14 days which included a couple of days where work was paused for inspections and Sunday off. Complete Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house using the existing concrete tiles and prepping it to add solar. Leon and his crew did an excellent job and worked in tandem with the solar company. I can’t say enough good things about Leon and his responsiveness. When you do business with direct owner you are more likely satisfied with the results. I needed to get my roof fixed in order to get solar. I used yelp to solicit a business through projects. I got several bids but Compmete roofing (Leon) was the first to respond with a great bid. I told him I will need to get other bids first before choosing. He said fine. Couple of days later and several bids later Leon and his team were the best priced. Other companies quoted me ridiculous amounts and needed months to get the job done. Complete roofing came on a sat and finished in a few hours. Had the inspection done and things were complete. I would highly recommend Complete Roofing and would definitely use them again.

Out of 4 quotes, Leon’s was the most thorough, the only one that included photos, and the one that offered us the most “bang for our buck”. Leon’s guys were professional and efficient. While working, the wind blew some debris to the ground below. I thought I’d be left with a giant mess, but I was pleasantly surprised. Leon’s crew cleaned up every last piece of trash that had fallen. Once the job was completed, they showed me photos of their work so I could see exactly what they accomplished. I was extremely satisfied. Then Leon did something extraordinary. He was about to leave for the day, when he noticed that I was having trouble changing out a flat tire on my car. Leon got down on the ground and tried to do it for me. It was a really difficult task, one at which he ultimately didn’t succeed. The issue was that the jack I was using wasn’t strong enough to hold up my vehicle. I told Leon I would call a tow truck. That’s when he proceeded to do the unfathomable. He insisted he go to Home Depot to buy me a proper jack!!!!! Yes, you read that correctly. He left my house and came back 40 minutes later having purchased the proper tools to change out my tire. And he didn’t even notify me that he had returned. By the time I realized he was back on my driveway, he had already completed the job, switching out the flat tire for the spare. I was in absolute astonishment at his kindness. I begged Leon to take some money for his efforts, and to reimburse him for the mention jack he bought on my behalf. He adamantly refused. He would not take a penny more than what I owed him for the roofing project. What an absolutely special person he is. It is no surprise that his Yelp reviews are glowing He is a mensch of the highest order.

My roof leaked (for the second time in 2 years) during a horrible storm. I was frantic to get help and Leon was the only one to respond that he could tarp my roof in the rain and investigate the problem. Leon and his crew showed up within 2 hours and were able to stop the leak. When the forecast showed more rain coming, I panicked! Leon was able to fit me in over the weekend to ensure my place would be dry. He patched the flat roof and sent pictures showing his tidy work. The rain is pouring down so hard as I type this and I keep staring at my bedroom ceiling- not a drip! I’m thankful for Leon and crew for their quick response and great job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for reasonable prices and quick service!
